Areas of Specialization

therapy attachment anxiety

My work centers on anxiety, imposter syndrome, and attachment. Many of my clients come in feeling like they don't belong- whether in their careers, their relationships, or both. We work together to understand where that story came from, challenge the parts of it that aren't true, and build something more solid in its place.

I also specialize in relationship patterns, particularly anxious and avoidant dynamics that can make intimacy feel unsafe, and the challenges that come with nontraditional relationship structures including non-monogamy. I am an affirming and experienced provider for LGBTQIA+ clients.

Additionally, I work with people reconsidering their relationship to substances, including those who are sober-curious or in early recovery and looking for support outside the 12-step model.

Therapeutic Modalities

I draw from psychodynamic and relational frameworks to understand the deeper patterns shaping your experience, alongside evidence-based approaches (especially Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) that build practical skills for change. I use these flexibly, tailoring the work to you rather than applying a fixed formula. The goal is insight that actually translates into living differently, rather than just validation or endless exploration.
